Boyfriend problemm?? please help?

okay soo ive been dating this guy for a little over four months (im in highschool) and i just dont feel the same way that i did before. hes a big flirt and we've had about three fights over other girls that he was talking to while we were together. i recently started to talk to one of my close guy friend abd he got all hurt? i dont understand why because im letting him talk to his other girl friends? its not like im flirting with him because were just friends. should i break up with him? ive already tried talking to him about it. pleasee help.
