NFL safeties missed out in top 100?

So I'm only 20 years old and never got to watch the old timers play but I've read a lot about them and about their greatness. So I was wondering where these three safeties: Paul Krause, Larry Wilson and Ken Houston would fit in the top 100? And if you think they shouldn't be in the top 100 then why not? Especially Krause who is the all time interceptions leader I thought he'd be somewhere on the list??
