TTC-implantation cramping 6 days past positive opk...good sign?

feel sore and little twinges. Had to take tylenol last night for cramping. Better today. Should be 6 d.p.o. today. Had two healthy pregnancies, three m/c. My son said he prayed for a baby brother or sister...I know it is soon, but headache and dizzy today. I really feel like it is starting something. Will test next week on Saturday with First Response. I wanna see if doctor will put me on progesterone if I get positive, so I wanna know A.S.A.P. Anyone else experiencing this? I am Very in tune with my body, guys, I know it's weird, but I usually know when I am pg. Especially the thing, and usually will get tired in a few more days.
