I NEED HELP WITH THE PS3 OUTAGE IMMEDIATELY!?

What the hell is going on?I heard that playstation network is back, and consequently i did go to my ps3 system, and it gave me an update, and i downloaded it.However,when i tried to sign in so as to play online, it said" that playstation network is currently undergoing maintenance" AGAiN!!I am in Greece, everyone is able to play but ME i am not? THAT IS OUTRAGING, I WAITED PATIENTLY 3 WEEKS, AND STILL I CANNOT PLAY?!!!?I am on the verge of selling the system, but before i want an answer, i do not like xbox, so do not say i am noob or something.Thanks.
