Is conservapedia a joke?

It did not start out as a joke, but once it came to the attention of more people, a LOT of people started trolling it and making exaggerated edits to mock the original concept. I'm not sure which is which, because it's impossible to tell. For a lot of people, this is a joke, but I can ure you there are actual living people who actually think these things are true. Which is scary.
