Editorial on legalizing marijuana???????

It should be legal for 18 and 19 year old people, school bus drivers, 18 wheelers and ambulances. I can see my self now driving down another busted up California highway with a 18 year old girl on her cell phone trying to p me, as high as kite in her Honda Civic.
