Did the NASCAR officials "sucker" Kyle Busch into giving them the bird?

lol....Brian France? Noooo....Rick Hendrick paid off that official to do that, big Rick's getting kinda paranoid that he let Kyle go and Kyle's gone onto win 15 races since..can't be allowing that. Makes Rick look foolish.
