did u get new prenantal vitamins or switch to different brand it could be an allergic reaction and the lower back pain could be braxton and hicks or actual labor seeing how u are 38 weeks..dont worry if it is actual labor the baby will just be a little lighter than he or she would if it was 40 weeks
