Question to engineers!How to reduce adhesion of charged particles on a surface?

How to reduce adhesion or aculation of charged particles on a metal surface surface?Is there any material than is non adhesive to charged particles that i can coat on the metal surface?I m thinking of applying an electric field on the wall but it seems diffucult because the surface is a cylinder wall inside which particles are flowing.Any suggestion is welcome.
