Why are Mexicans & Mexican Americans very upset about the new anti illegal Arizona law?

Are the Mexicans aware that the new Arizona law SB 1070,is the SAME law that Mexico has towards illegal Central Americans(Guatemala,El Salvador,Nicaragua,Honduras)who come to southern Mexico illegally.Mexico's law is NO different from the one in Arizona,which empowers local police to check the immigration doents of people suspected of not being in the country legally,Mexican police freely engage in ethnic profiling and routinely har illegal Central American migrants.
