Do you think Canada is allowing shar'ia law in courts out of extreme political correctness?

Have they considered women's rights, human rights, freedom of speech, the right to convert, the right to question and critique religion, the right to marry whoever who want regardless of religion, gay civil rights, our laws on alimony and property as well as wills, etc.
