Help! anyone know the name of this?

Ok its a barbie doll. she was wearing a green/aqua skirt with purple lining and hat of those same colors. it was something about out on the town or shopping or something? I don't know. Ok she had blonde hair but not golden blond it was more like white blonde and the unique thing was that the clothes she wore wasn't made out of the same thing as normal barbie clothes (regular material/cloth) it was made of a material like the clothes of the polly pocket dolls, http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3153/2713261740_64a176b0b7.jpg, like that material like gummy or something anyway if you know the name or have a pic i would love it if you could tell/post it. thanx!
