Go out and get the book by Dave Ramsey "The Total Money Makeover" and sign up for his Financial Peace University which is a 13 week course for $100 per couple given by local churches. Go to his website via googling his name. Be cautious working with debt related companies, almost all of them will not really help you instead they will just take more of your money. You need to change the behavior before you can change your future with regard to money or it will just happen again. You are your best et and noone else will do as good for you than yourself.
