George Bush is a douche bag. He failed to support funding for America's infrastructure. Now what?

Why the **** does GWB always have to learn lessons the hard way. He is pouring money into war that can't be won while letting the country's infrastructure (as in the recent bridge collapse in Minneapolis) go to hell. I used to support him on damn near about anything, but this **** up is the last straw.......people died......why does policy and funding in this country have to written in blood before anything happens.......??????? BTW he did fight funding on a Federal scale to improve the country's infrastructure (dams, bridges etc).....in 2005....if you didn't know this simple fact, then you have no right to reply to this question............
