Is the following statement an example of the term invictive?

For my english homework i have to find an example of the term invictive. The following is from William Shakespeare's play, Hamlet. “Bloody, bawdy villain!/Remorseless, treacherous, lecherous, kindles villain!” (II.ii.574-575). Is it considered invictive? And does the person being criticized have to be present for it to be invictive?
