Teaching after B.Tech (Mechanical)?

Hey guys n gals.. just little confused over this.. hope u might help.. I did B.tech from delhi in mechanical.. and now working in a private firm.. Now someone offered me a job of Lecturer in some engg college in gujarat.. Though i dont wanna leave delhi and to change my career. but salary is three times more.. what should i do?.. (apart from money included!).. Thnx in advance..
