What if someone lies about family members dying?

I know this person who lied about their grandma dying and in the same time period, her brother committed suicide. She told our whole church congregation that this had happened. Two months later I found out that her grandmother and brother never died. Lately, she has sent me and my friend a message apologizing for lying, but lied AGAIN in her email. And she only sent us the message cause she realized that we knew she lied. What would you do about this? This is a close friend of ours too and we know that she has lied about drinking, doing drugs, smoking, and more. So we don't know what to do about this problem.
