Where did these emu/scene people come from?

i mean, i neva seen em before in tha real world, then i go on tha internet, and their everywhere!...lol..and they act like IM alien cos ive not heard of em!..lil mentalists....tell u wot, im gonna catch one of em out and about, and im gonna find out if they still so full of it
